Who is it for

Watched the videos, but it's still not showing up on court?

You've seen the shot a hundred times and you know where the contact should be. But court time goes straight into games, so the technique never gets the reps it needs - and the moment the point speeds up, the old swing comes back. The gap isn't knowledge, it's reps. The Padel School breaks each shot down, then gives you the SpinPro drill that builds it in at home: contact point, racket face and path grooved before you hit a ball. When you do step on court, the technique is already in your hands.

What you'll come away with

  1. 01

Build ten padel shots one at a time — flat and sliced groundstrokes, volleys, bandeja, víbora, bajada and topspin smash.

  2. 02

Nail the contact point first — out in front, wrist stable, racket face set — before you add pace, footwork or a live ball.

  3. 03

Shorten your swing to padel length, so you're in and out of the shot quickly and it repeats when the ball comes off the glass at awkward heights.

  4. 04

Feel the difference between a flat hit, a slice and a topspin brush — and know which one the ball is asking for.

  5. 05

Turn at-home SpinPro reps into shots that hold up in matches, without needing a partner, a coach or a court to practise.

The method

Why this program actually sticks.

  1. 01
Sandy introducing The Padel School SpinPro Course

    Taught by The Padel School

The same clear coaching you know from their videos. Sandy strips each shot back to the two or three things that actually matter — contact, racket face, swing length — then shows you exactly how to rehearse it on the SpinPro.

  2. 02
Sandy demonstrating racket contact beside the SpinPro guide screen

    Contact first, then the swing

Most padel errors aren't swing problems, they're contact problems. Every lesson starts with the contact itself — ball on the spindle, face and path set — and only then adds the swing, the footwork and the target.

  3. 03
    Science-backed learning framework

    Science-backed learning framework

Grounded in motor learning science, the course blends repetition, focus, rest and playfulness to accelerate progress and build lasting skill.

  4. 04
A player practising with the SpinPro at home

    Practice that fits your schedule

Short on-demand lessons and drills you can do at home. A few focused minutes a day, and the difference shows up on court quicker than you expect.

Sandy Farquharson

Co-founder, The Padel School

Sandy founded The Padel School to give English-speaking players the clear technical coaching that barely existed outside Spain, and it has grown into one of the largest padel coaching platforms in the world. In this course he breaks each shot down to the contact and the swing, then shows you how to build it in on the SpinPro.

Common questions

Anything else to know?

Yes. You'll need a SpinPro for Padel for the drills. When you buy one, this course is included free.

The Padel SpinPro comes with two: the mini screen and the racket screen. Which one you fit depends on the shot you’re working on — each lesson tells you. (In a couple of the videos you’ll hear it called the “protective guard”. Same thing.)

No. The videos show you the technique. This course is about making it stick: each lesson isolates the contact for one shot, then gives you the SpinPro drills — still ball, shadow swing, targets — to build it in at home before you take it to court.

It's built for beginners and improvers who want proper technique rather than habits picked up in games. Everything starts from the flat forehand and backhand, so you don't need any experience with spin. If you're already solid on the basics, go straight to the slices and the overheads.

Very much so. Several lessons are built around exactly that: shortening the swing to padel length, using the slice as an attacking shot rather than a defensive one, and handling the ball off the glass. The habits that look good on a tennis court are often the ones costing you time and accuracy in padel.

You can make real progress with just the SpinPro — no partner, coach or court needed. But every shot has to be tested. Once the contact feels automatic at home, take it to court and watch the bounce: what the ball does off the glass tells you more than how the shot felt in your hand.

There's no fixed day count. You work through it shot by shot. Go in order from the flat groundstrokes, or jump to the shot that's letting you down and come back for the rest. Little and often is what works.

Research shows daily practice builds a skill faster than weekly practice, and every night's sleep helps lock it in. But there's no schedule to keep to — work through it at the pace that fits your week.

The sessions are on demand, so you can watch them in your own time on your phone, tablet or computer. You can also revisit lessons whenever you need a refresher.

You can start whenever you are ready. If you want to buy now and begin later, that is absolutely fine.

You can take the course on your phone, tablet or computer.

Your SpinPro is the tool — this course is the plan. On your own it's easy to groove the wrong path, or to work on the bandeja without ever fixing the contact underneath it. The Padel School shows you the contact and the swing for each shot, then exactly how to rehearse it, so you're never guessing what to practise next.

Not much. A three-by-three-metre space is plenty for groundstrokes, volleys, bandejas and víboras. The topspin smash needs a ceiling height of 2.4 meters. Otherwise, you may need to save that one for the garage, garden or court.

Yes. TopspinPro stands by this course. If you follow the progressions and do not get the results you wanted, the team does not want you paying for something that did not help.
