Practice makes perfect! We will help you build your topspin shots in stages and we have built in some practice drills for key stages that you can do on court with a partner or by hitting on a wall. These are optional.

The course is designed for beginners and recreational players who want to gain confidence in their skills and build solid topspin technique.

Research has shown that if you practice a skill on a daily basis you will progress much faster than if you do it on a weekly basis. With this in mind, our course has daily drills. You don’t have to do it on a daily basis — but we think you will improve much quicker if you do!

The sessions are on demand so you can watch them in your own time on your phone, tablet or computer. If you want to revisit one of the lessons you will of course be free to do so.
