I think my head unit is too loose on my TopspinPro?
On the TopspinPro unit, when you shake the head unit side to side it will move slightly and we do get reports from our customers questioning this stating that their head unit is wobbly. However, if you believe your head unit does not fit your TopspinPro properly and that this is not a standard issue, please send us a video of you using the product so our team can check this further! As a quick fix before, you may wish to check if a tight wingnut could be causing this.
We designed the head unit on the TopspinPro exactly like this as if it was flush, the product would move more so we included this as part of the design, it allows for the force of your swing! If it was heavier or more fixed, it could also camage your racket or you arm, this is the optimum weight and we believe it’s best for transportation ease on and off course as well.
