Yes. You do not need a court or large run-up – just enough room to swing your racket safely. Many players use it in a living room, garage or hallway, getting their reps in when weather, time, or court access would normally stop them practising. You just need a three-by-three-meter square so you can swing freely.

If you’re using the serve extension, it will depend on your ceiling height. Alternatively, you can work on your serve on your knees, which is actually a method coaches often use to restrict certain body movements!

The Serve Pack gives you all you need to be able to learn the serve on your SpinPro. An extension pole will give you the required height whilst the racket screen will help ensure you follow the correct swing path. The Serve Pack also comes with a sand bag so you can weight the SpinPro down – this is necessary when practising the serve.

The biggest challenge with a serve is not the toss; it’s using the right mechanics. Even the best servers don’t toss the ball in exactly the same place and have to adjust. Yes! It absolutely does. The ball rotates 360 degrees, and the racket screen in the Serve Pack can be attached for left-handers and right-handers.
