If it’s not worked out for you, you can return the product to us. We encourage you to use the product to see if it’s for you, but if not, you can return the product to us in any condition. The only thing that we ask is that you return the original packaging in good condition and all of the original box contents. We reserve the right to deduct up to 30% from your refund for missing items.
If applicable, shipping costs from us to you are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We expect your return to be dispatched to us within 14 calendar days after you receive your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We reserve the right to deduct up to 30% as a restocking fee from returns received outside of this time frame.
In the event that your product arrives damaged or faulty – or develops a fault within the 1-year warranty that is not a result of wear & tear – please contact us immediately. We will help identify the problem, arrange a collection of the faulty part and then ship a replacement part or product to you.

How and when do we refund you?
When returning your item, we’ll refund using the original payment method.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our warehouse team will check the contents and give us the go-ahead to submit the refund – which you’ll be notified of. At this point, the refund is subject to processing by the payment provider. Please check Stripe’s Refund Policy or PayPal’s FAQ to find out more about their processing times.
Overall, while it’s usually much sooner, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
