Have you received my returned item/s?
We would suggest that you get a posting receipt for the item/s you are returning and keep the tracking number for your records. We are aiming to process returns (receiving, checking & processing refunds) within 3 working days. If your return tracking suggests that we have received your item/s and you have not heard from us within 3 working days, please contact us and we will chase the receiving warehouse to check on your returns.
