How do I cancel my order?
We’re sorry that you would like to cancel your order. Sometimes we can intervene quickly enough and stop the order from shipping, but sometimes it may have already been processed. Please contact us as possible so we can check the status of your order.
On the occasion that we can’t cancel your order anymore because our warehouse has already booked the delivery, or the parcel has already been collected by the carrier then the easiest way is to decline the package when it is delivered to you. If you decline the package, it will automatically go back to our warehouse. Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse we will process your full refund.
If you did not decline the delivery, we can process a warranty return for you. Please complete our web returns form and our customer services will reach out to you with the details you need to complete the return.
