I have put an incorrect delivery address. Can you change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can see what we can do. Orders are automatically forwarded to our designated warehouse in your or closest to your country. Sometimes we can intervene quickly enough and change the address but sometimes the systems our partners use are inflexible once the order has been forwarded to the warehouse.
If the order has already been dispatched by the warehouse and it will already be too late to amend the address. In situations like this, if the address you provided is an invalid address, the courier will be unable to deliver and will return the product to our warehouse. We will monitor the delivery of your order, and once the package is returned and received by our warehouse, we will trigger a reshipment to the correct address. We suggest that you also monitor the delivery from time to time especially if the address we have for you is valid (although incorrect in some minor detail) eg. house number 19 instead of number 9, and if possible contact someone from that address to intercept the delivery.
