The delivery notification says my order was delivered but I did not receive it, what do I do?
We are very sorry you have not received your parcel. We release an email notification to alert our customers of delivery attempts by the courier, exceptions, and also confirmation of actual delivery. If your tracking confirms a delivery but you haven’t received the parcel, please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the notification so our customer service team can contact our warehouse and the carrier about the issue. Alternatively, you can contact the carrier directly at the number provided in the delivery notification email.
