The delivery notification says my order was delivered but I did not receive it, what do I do?
We are very sorry you have not received your parcel. We release an email notification to alert our customers of delivery attempts by the courier, exceptions, and also confirmation of actual delivery. If your tracking confirms a delivery but you haven’t received the parcel, please contact us within 3 days from the time you received the notification so our customer service team can contact our warehouse and the carrier about the issue.
Please note that these are only instances where we can make a claim with the carrier on your behalf:
- If the parcel was proven to be delivered to an incorrect address
- There is no proof that the parcel was delivered to your door (photo, gps tracking, etc.)
If your parcel was stolen, we are unfortunately not able to help make a claim, but we suggest that you contact your local police department for advice. Our warehouse will also be happy to correspond with the carrier should you need any evidences to aid your police investigation.
