Once we receive the product/s you returned, our receiving warehouse will then check them to ensure no parts are missing from the package. We aim to complete the refund process within 3 working days from the day we receive your parcel.  Processing of returning the funds to your account will be subject to Stripe’s Refund Policy which can take from 5-10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time or PayPal’s which is usually between 3-5 working days.
