Why is the ball arm not coming back?
The first thing to check is to see if the elastic bungee is there or missing. If it’s missing, grab one from the spare pack included in your TopspinPro box.
If the elastic bungee is installed, the next step is to check whether the Friction Bolt is too tight. If you see the silver bolt going through the drum on the video? Loosen the butterfly nut. Sometimes that can be set too tight on assembly.
