How often should I use the TopspinPro?

We recommend following a 21-day challenge. While you might be able to notice an immediate change to your strokes, in order for change to be both permanent and replace your old habits when you’re under pressure or playing a game you need to use the TopspinPro for at least 3 weeks. Ideally, you should use it every day for about 5 minutes. If you can manage twice a day (morning and evening) that would be even better. If it’s difficult perhaps aim for 5 out 7 days each week. Try not to skip too many consecutive days because this will affect the embedding process.
