A part of my TopspinPro is broken/missing, can you send a replacement?
We’re very sorry that you’ve had a problem with your TopspinPro. To help us get this resolved we need to know your model number. The version code is located at the top part of the green tripod. It should start with MK2…xx/xx. It would also make it easier if you could send us a photograph of the part you’re having trouble with, or if a part is missing then a photo of your whole TopspinPro. Once we have all those details, we’ll send you the replacement part by post and you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery status.
