The head unit should slide freely inside the tripod.  If this is not the case then check if the inner white tube inside the tripod is misshapen.  This is extremely rare. Please contact us and our customer services will send you a new white tube to insert.

To remove the broken tube, you’ll need to first remove the rubber foot. The white tube inside the tripod should come off reasonably easily if you pull it hard by hand. Once you’ve removed the defective tube make sure you push in the new tube with the round end at the bottom.
