The screen panel has a fiberglass rod that runs through them and in the design we opted for a radius that was on the cusp of what fibreglass can handle. This is fortunately a rare defect.

Please contact us and our customer services should be able to let you know whether your screen panels are still within warranty so they can arrange a free replacement, or give you information as to how you can acquire a replacement set.
